Meet Imogen from Threads of the Heart
Imogen is the founder of Threads of the Heart and a Hakea member, bringing her own sound healing practice into the studio for Flowing Sound.
At the heart of her practice is The Sound Tapestry - a sound healing journey where crystal bowls, voice and gentle instruments come together to create an immersive soundscape. Each session is unique, shaped by the people in the room and the experience as it unfolds.
For Flowing Sound, Imogen will guide the sound and meditation elements of the afternoon, complementing Hayley’s yoga-based Reformer flow and bringing another dimension to the way you experience movement at Hakea.
The Flowing Sound experience
Flowing Sound brings together yoga-based Reformer, meditation and immersive sound in a slower, more mindful way to move and reconnect with your body.
Sound and meditation add another layer to your movement practice, helping you become more present in your body, quiet the mind and connect more deeply with yourself.
The experience is different for everyone. Come as you are, without expectation, and give yourself the space to let go of what may be holding you back, reconnect with yourself and simply be present.
